Meal delivery is perfect for people with hectic schedules who don't
have time to cook and eat healthfully.

How it works:
Delivery is only available in and around Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Every Sunday night I will send you my weekly menu choices (via email).
Select the meals you would like for the week and they will be
delivered to your door on Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs. Some sample meals are listed below.
